Clinical Therapist

Hello there, I’m Bella! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio and a graduate of Walden University, where I earned my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I approach therapy from a person-centered lens, believing that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I am deeply committed to providing a safe, affirming space where you can explore your story, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I work with individuals across the lifespan and support clients navigating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and the effects of trauma. I will work alongside you at a pace that feels safe and manageable, helping you process your experiences while reconnecting with your strengths and sense of self. I also enjoy helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of uncertainty that can feel overwhelming or isolating.

My therapeutic approach integrates strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we will identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and core beliefs, identify and utilize realistic coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation skills. I also incorporate mindfulness practices to increase self-awareness and support overall well-being.

Most importantly, I believe therapy should feel authentic. Whether you’re working through deeply rooted pain or navigating everyday stressors, it is my goal to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self while feeling genuinely supported and cared for.

I look forward to meeting you!
