School Therapist/Social Worker

Hello! I’m truly looking forward to building trust and creating a strong, supportive relationship with you. I believe in the importance of aligning the mind, body, and spirit—when these parts of ourselves are in balance, we’re better able to navigate life’s challenges.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I offer grounding and mindfulness techniques to help inform, encourage, and guide you along your healing journey.

I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, behavior therapy, and group therapy. I’m especially passionate about combining trauma-informed care with culturally responsive practices that empower individuals to build resilience and emotional wellness. These approaches have personally helped me, and I’ve seen how effective they can be in supporting healthy, lasting outcomes.

Before becoming a therapist, I served for six years in the United States Army National Guard, including a tour in Afghanistan. I earned my Master of Social Work from Cleveland State University and my bachelor’s degree in psychology. My training included practicum experiences in school-based settings and VA mental health intensive case management, where I supported youth, families, and veterans facing trauma, grief, and major life transitions.

I believe healing starts from within and radiates outward. So often, we forget to care for ourselves while tending to everyone else. I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, give yourself grace, and rediscover your strength. We all have a story—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you write the next chapter in yours.
