CBT group therapy is available for in-person groups and via Tele-therapy groups. CBT groups will focus on improving your emotional and physical health by learning positive coping skills, CBT tools, building a support group and emotional regulation skills. Activities will include group processing, art therapy, yoga, body relaxation techniques, music and other activities that can help you achieve your personal wellness goals.

Serenity Behavioral Health Services was established in 2014 to provide quality, all-inclusive, mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in central Ohio. Over the past years, we have listened to our client’s feedback and reviewed research on best practices in mental health. As a result, we’ve established our first and only Serenity’s Wellness Center in Westerville.
At our Wellness Center, you can attend programs and activities that coincides with your mental health treatment, with the sole purpose of assisting you in learning new skills that will decrease symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. Our goal is to provide you a safe space with safe people who can specifically assist you in achieving your personal wellness goals.
At our center, you will be able to access services such as yoga, art therapy, music therapy, group therapy, acupuncture, life coaching, guided-meditation, and psycho-educational workshops.
